PS. Saw my boss on the list of recipients who are receiving the National Day Awards. Emailed to congratulate him and he was amused that I actually ploughed through the long list lol. It was a habit formed since my MOE HQ days when I was working with Ps, VPs, HODs and teachers. People always feel happy and appreciated when you remember and recognise their contributions. :)
