Happy 50th National Day 2015

Happy 50th National Day 2015!
I woke up early to watch the recording of founding Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew reading the Proclaimation of Independence being broadcast on Channel 5 at 9am. Before the broadcast, sirens sounded across Singapore. It is a special moment for me to partake in this historical moment of Singapore's history. 

I finally managed to catch the 20 F-16 fighter jets in their "50" formation as they flew over my estate during the National Day Parade! What a thrill to see them and to hear the roar of their engines. :)
