Self-Care

I will take this to heart.
"You Could Practice More Self-Care"
You would like to practice self-care more often, but it's hard to find the time!
Try giving yourself just a few minutes every now and then. Even taking a few deep breaths can help.

While you may not have the spare time to take care of yourself, you don't have time to be stressed either.
Your happiness, health, and well-being matter. So try to put yourself first a little more often.
